Dallas Parker is Senior Partner of Thompson & Knight, practicing in the corporate and securities area. His experience is very diversified in technology-corporate/securities practice groups, public securities, high tech/software, mergers, conversions and acquisitions. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1972 and holds a JD Degree from the University of Texas and a B.A. degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

Dallas is presently Chairman, Advisory Board of Directors, Houston Technology Center, a technology accelerator, Board Member and a Founder of the Technology Entrepreneurs Exchange, (Texchange) and a Director and Past-President, Odyssey House - Texas, Inc., a not-for-profit residential treatment center for recovering teenage substance abusers.
