The Technology Entrepreneurs' Exchange* (TeXchange) is a non-profit organization governed by a statewide Board of Directors. Each chapter is also governed by its own Executive Board, Board of Directors and Board of Advisors who are focused on making the chapter relevant and effective for their business community.
