With 10 years of marketing and communications experience, Holly Vershum specializes in strategic communications programs for consumer, technology, service and business-to-business clients.� Throughout her career, she has counseled C-Level executives on strategic marketing and communications techniques to increase visibility, brand equity and revenue.

Past clients have included companies such as Home Depot, Lowe�s Home Improvement Center, uniView Technologies, jobs.com, American Society of Echocardiology, Uniden America, Wayport and Teletrac.� Program elements have included speaking opportunities for target markets; trade, business and consumer media relations programs; executive media and speakers training; newsletter development and distribution; trade show recommendations, public relations and staffing; press release development and distribution; and event planning and execution.

For the past several years, Vershum has worked in the legal arena where she created targeted marketing and relationship programs for attorneys in a variety of industries.� At Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, she launched the Dallas practice through targeted marketing and brand awareness.� While working with another law firm, Winstead, Sechrest & Minick, Vershum launched the first Nanotechnology Practice Group within any U.S. law firm.� She planned and executed a series of strategic events in key markets that garnered media attention nationally as well as directly led to new clients.� The firm currently enjoys the national reputation as �The Nanotech Law Firm.�

In addition to her work with clients, Vershum is the president of the local organization Texchange, a group designed to be a networking and educational forum for entrepreneurs and executives of rapidly-growing private companies.� Through that organization, she oversees the strategy and day-to-day operations of a Board of Directors comprised of local executives.� She is also the executive coordinator for the 2003 Gilda�s Club Ride For Life, where see oversees and executes all details and fundraising for the November motorcycle charity ride.� She has founded and served on committees for several other high profile Dallas events including The Big Picture Executive Series and Tech Titans.

Vershum has her bachelor of science in Journalism from Ohio University and her MBA from Southern Methodist University.
