J. William Tincup has over 12 years of management and leadership experience. William has logged time at the following organizations: Wal-Mart, Albertson's, The Smithsonian: National Museum of American Indian, The Smithsonian: National Museum of Natural History, National Park Service, Ariesnet, Essential Green, Red Ink, Wyse Advertising, and Liggett Stashower. In 2000, he co-founded The Jet Powered Group, a professional services holding company. Additionally, he is a founder and principal of Redfire Consulting , a Native American consulting practice.

Mr. Tincup has earned three degrees and one professional certificate. William earned an MBA with a specialization in Marketing and Operations from Case Western Reserve University (1999). He also has a Masters in American Indian Studies from the University of Arizona (1997) and a BA in Art History from the University of Alabama (1994). He is an expert in the field of Native American Repatriation. His master's thesis "A Critical Analysis of the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act" is often cited by academics. Also while at CWRU, he earned a Certificate in Nonprofit Management (CNM) from the highly respected Mandel Center (1999).

Mr. Tincup's past philanthropic activities have been with the following organizations: Birmingham Art Guild, Birmingham Museum of Art, Birmingham Zoo, Greater Cleveland United Way, Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity, Committee for Public Art (Cleveland), Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless and Cleveland Restoration Society. �Currently, he's a candidate for Leadership Fort Worth�s 2003 - 2004 class.� He also volunteers with the American Indian Chamber of Commerce, Historic Fort Worth and the Arts Council of Fort Worth & Tarrant County.
