Pam Gerber is Associate Director of the Entrepreneurs Foundation of North Texas, an innovative and entrepreneurial non-profit organization that encourages and supports corporate philanthropy for start-up companies.  Pam relocated to Dallas, Texas from San Jose, California after a ten-year career with City Year, a national youth service AmeriCorps program.  She served as the founding Executive Director of City Year San Jose/Silicon Valley, and was also the National VP of Corporate Development, responsible for developing and managing national corporate partnerships.

While in San Jose, Pam served on several non-profit boards including the San Jose Community Leadership Council, and was selected as a San Jose delegate for America's Promise. A native of Los Angeles with a degree in Sociology from the University of California at San Diego, Pam currently volunteers with several Dallas non-profit agencies including The Women's Museum: An Institute for the Future, Dallas Women's Foundation, Philanthropy Magazine and TexChange.
