Ralph Stow is a seasoned angel investor, entrepreneur and operating executive with over 17 years of relevant business experience. Mr. Stow serves as Chief Executive Officer of The Whitehouse Companies, a diversified professional services firm, including retained executive search and HR outsourcing.� Mr. Stow is also the CEO of Vmeals in Dallas/Ft. Worth, an Internet-based online catering company.� Mr. Stow serves as a Venture Partners C5 Partners, a Dallas-based consulting firm to hyper-growth companies.� Mr. Stow is Chairman of the Board and acting CEO of CASS-I, a private equity-backed avionics manufacturer and distributor and is the founder and Director of several privately held business-to-business professional services companies based in Dallas, Texas.
Previously, Mr. Stow was President and Chief Executive Officer of ERIKS Corporation, the North and South American subsidiary company of a publicly traded, Dutch-owned, global distribution corporation.� His responsibilities included managing a 13-location international distribution company, stretching from Seattle, Washington to S�o Paulo, Brazil, for aerospace and industrial component parts.� Prior to ERIKS, he held various Vice President-level positions in Finance, Integrated Distribution, Business Development and Reengineering at Aviall, Inc., the billion-dollar, NYSE-listed, distributor of aircraft parts.
Mr. Stow was previously a Management Consultant with CSC Consulting (CSC/INDEX), Price Waterhouse, and Paragon Consulting Group, a boutique management-consulting firm formed by a number of senior executives from Booz-Allen & Hamilton.� Mr. Stow�s consulting expertise is in Supply Chain Management, Distribution, Operations Strategy, Process Redesign, and Financial Analysis.
Mr. Stow is a an elected Trustee and Board Secretary on the Plano Independent School District Board of Trustees, and serves on Senator Florence Shapiro�s Education Advisory Council.� He is Chairman Emeritus of the Board of the Plano Family YMCA, on the Board of Mangers at the Dallas Metropolitan YMCA and is actively involved with the Plano Symphony Orchestra as a past Director and currently on the Board of Advisors.� Mr. Stow is Chairman of the Board of the Plano Arts and Cultural Endowment, an arts philanthropic foundation in North Texas, is on the Board of Directors with Practical Parent Education (PPE), is a Board Member of Texchange, an entrepreneurs' education non-profit organization in Dallas.
Mr. Stow holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Virginia's Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration and a bachelor of science in business and agriculture from Sam Houston State University.
