William
J. (“Bill”) Doty
founded M.D. Anderson’s technology development program in 1987.
Today, M.D. Anderson has one of the leading technology development
programs in the United States.
He has been responsible for a significant level of technology
transfer and is one of the driving forces behind new initiatives
in the Houston Medical Center. Bill holds a B.A. in Economics and
Business Administration from Rice University.
