The Texas office of FWE, headquartered
in Dallas, was founded in January of 2001 by Jamie Wyrick, who serves
as the president and chair of FWE Texas.�� FWE assists
women entrepreneurs in Texas's top high-growth markets including
Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin and Houston. FWE provides training and
educational opportunities to its members in all three Texas markets.
FWE members comprise a broad range of individuals including entrepreneurs,
start-up employees, executives, venture capitalists, consultants
and services providers. In 2000 alone, FWE accelerated the development
of over 1,300 entrepreneurs and their companies, helping them raise
$660 million in venture funding.

Larry
joined CheMatch.com in September 1999 as Chief Financial Officer
and was appointed Executive Vice President and a Director in February
2000.� He was elected President in October 2000.� Prior
to joining CheMatch.com, Mr. McAfee served as Executive Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer, and was a member of the Board of Directors
of ITEQ, Inc. from March 1993 to September 1999.� He served
as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors
for Waste Processor Industries, Inc. from May 1991 to March 1993.�
Mr. McAfee was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
of Stillbrooke Corporation from April 1989 to February 1991 and
served as Chief Financial Officer and held other financial management
positions with US Home Corporation from April 1982 to May 1989.�
Prior to joining US Home Corporation, Mr. McAfee held financial
management positions with Transco Companies and First National Bank
in Dallas.� He received a B.B.A. from the University of Texas
at Austin in 1977 and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University
in 1978.

Jim is President
of VoiceTarget, Inc. VoiceTarget is focused on the marketing of
integrated access and distribution technologies including Voice
Recognition, Text to Speech, Hand Held devices and the Internet.�
Prior to VoiceTarget, Mr. Wiseheart was the founder of Celebration
Computer Systems, Inc. (CCS) and has served as a Director and Chief
Executive Officer of CCS since its inception and the initial launch
of the 713HOUSTON Voice Portal in 1986.�
As a pioneer in the automated information-by-telephone industry,
Mr. Wiseheart�has worked with several
state and local government and educational institutions to implement
"cutting edge" voice applications.�
