There
are many financing options for a company to stay afloat: all Equity
(VCs & Angels), Equity/ Debt (credit lines & receivable
factoring), Contract Financing, the Consulting Model where services
fund Product Development, Strategic Investment (Customers or Partners),
Government Programs (SBIR, Export/Import, etc.), Franchising and
Complementary Business Lines.
On January 22, Gary Neill, Senior Vice President of Keyotee,
will share his experience with different financing vehicles in
his roles as: President and CEO (BetweenMarkets, CovaSoft, Highpoint
Technologies, FSA Software); CFO of Dazel Corp.; and Senior Vice
President of Worldwide Operations at Unison Software. Table discussions
will follow the presentation
