Rick Wright, the Chair of the DFW Human Resource Executive Council (HREC) will be moderating the panel. The HREC is a network of senior HR executives who meet to share ideas, insights, experiences, and best practices. Members participate in roundtable discussions, seminars, symposia, surveys, and market research. DFW members of HREC include a myriad of companies ranging from Alcon to Zale Corporation. Mr. Wright also is the founder and CEO of DRW Consulting, Inc., a Dallas-based practice specializing in performance improvement, employee management, M&A integration and other leadership development. Mr. Wright has played a key role in dozens of notable transactions and situations, including Warner Lambert-Pfizer, Mobil-Exxon, and Union Carbide-Dow.
