Mark Murdock is a Technology Lawyer with over 35 years of experience, including over 30 years with IBM as a corporate lawyer and managing attorney specializing in technology and product development, manufacturing and licensing, and over 5 years at Thompson & Knight, L.L.P. working closely with early stage technology, biotech and life sciences companies in Austin in the development of their business plans, their team building and their introduction to key angel and equity capital investors. Mark is the Immediate Past Chair of the Corporate Counsel Section of the State Bar of Texas. Additionally, he helped establish the Texchange chapter in Austin. Since then, he has served as the President and Chair of both Texchange Austin and of the Statewide Texchange organization.
